What a Typical Day Looks Like
A private tour usually lasts 5 to 8 hours and includes 3 to 5 wineries. As your chauffeur, we’ll gladly take you wherever you want to go and help keep the day on schedule.
Reservations & Large Groups
Reservations are highly recommended—often required—for larger groups. For parties of six or more, calling ahead helps wineries staff appropriately so you receive the best service.

Open All Year
Grape Escapes Limousine and the wineries we serve are open year‑round. Many wineries start serving as early as 10:00 AM; most tasting rooms open by 11:00 AM and close by 5:00 PM (a select few until 6:00 PM).
Build Your Itinerary Over Time
Creating your own itinerary? You don’t need a full winery list at the time of reservation. Email us your selections as they become available.
*Concierge service adds a fee based on complexity (generally $100–$300). Winery selections are based on your preferred regions, varietals, style of winery, and desired amenities.
