Tour Details
Pickup Locations
Tours depart from participating Sonoma County hotels, vacation rentals, and the Sonoma County Airport SMART Station. Click here for the full list. If you are not staying at a participating location, we may be able to accommodate you (additional fees may apply).
Pickup Times
Typical pickup windows are between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM, depending on group size and location. You’ll receive your approximate pickup time after your reservation is confirmed.
Vehicle Type
SUVs for smaller groups; Mercedes Sprinter Vans for larger groups. Up to 15 guests maximum. Some tours may include no other guests.
Tasting Fees
Wineries typically charge $20–$30 per person. These are not included, though many wineries waive fees with wine purchase.
Itinerary
Your chauffeur selects the wineries and pacing for the day. Expect 3–4 wineries with lunch enjoyed outdoors at a winery picnic area.
Lunch
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a link to Big John’s Market to customize your lunch selection. Only the included gourmet lunch is covered; additional food/beverages may be purchased separately.
Duration
Approximately 6–7 hours from pickup to drop-off.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available if cancelled at least 5 days before the tour date. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, fires, or unexpected events. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund.
Restrictions
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests: Smoking, vaping, tobacco, illegal drugs, weapons, and pets are not permitted. Disruptive or aggressive behavior may result in tour termination with no refund.
