A typical private wine tour will last anywhere from 5 to 8 hours and usually includes 4 to 6 different wineries. And since the tours can often take up the majority of the day, many customers choose to bring their own food and snacks. As your chauffeur, we can gladly take you wherever you want to go. We know the best deli’s and restaurants, located within the wine region*. Also, most wineries have beautiful picnic areas available for guests that offer breathtaking vineyard views for you to enjoy along with your lunch.

Reservations at wineries are highly recommended and often required for large groups. Therfore, we suggest that customers call ahead to wineries, especially with groups of six or more. This helps ensure adequate staff on hand at wineries in order to provide the best service possible.

Grape Escapes Limousine and the wineries we serve, are open all year around. And many wineries start serving as early as 10:00AM. Also, most tasting rooms open by 11:00AM. They close by 5:00PM, with a select few open until 6:00PM.

*For those creating their own itinerary, it is not required to provide a full list of  wineries at the time of reservation. We do however request a list of selected wineries be emailed to us as it becomes available.

*When using our concierge service, an additional fee will be added to the reservation total. Fees are based on complexity but generally cost from $100 to $300. Furthermore, winery selections by concierges are based on customer preferred wine region and varietals, as well as the style of winery desired and winery amenities.
